Mr. Talwai has 30 years of rich experience in Information and communications industry. He’s currently the Executive Director of NextWealth Entrepreneurs Pvt. Ltd. whose promise is “Social Uplift through Entrepreneurship”. NextWealth identifies business opportunities with a social intent and helps entrepreneurs to build such companies by providing them with angel funding, mentoring, incubation etc. Till recently he was with e4e Inc. As a founding team member of e4e, he helped create portfolio company in Tech support and Managed services space and as its CEO scaled it up organically and inorganically. As President, e4e India, he helped integration of e4e portfolio companies into lines of business to achieve economies of scale and skills. He also actively promoted entrepreneurship activities in Bangalore as part of e4e Labs and TiE. He was involved with Wipro since its very early days. He was heading Quality and customer satisfaction function, created and led Communications division and was CTO of Wipro Technologies. He helped create and was CEO of Wipro BT Ltd and Wipro Net Ltd in satellite communications and VAS space. He started his career with ISRO Satellite centre. Mr. Talwai has a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and is a graduate of IIT Madras.

 Prakash Baskaran
Founder and CEO
Prakash Baskaran is a serial entrepreneur who returned to India after 17 years of work and valuable business experience in the USA, Prakash’s previous ventures were in the fields of IT consulting and telecom services.
He graduated with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Akron, OH, USA and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX, USA.
Reinforcing Pawaa Software’s mission on the DLP global platform, Prakash says, “The space of Data Leak Prevention is still evolving and there are multiple approaches to solve the problem.
With our approach of using monitoring as a fundamental control and on-demand policy enforcement companies not only protect their confidential and corporate information but they also have complete visibility on the endpoints – where most of the user behavior is becoming responsible for data leaks and other risks.

 Alex Skorohod
VP Technology
Alex Skorohod has over 25 years of experience in the technology field, especially in security, encryption and banking related products.
He has vast experience in design, architecture and delivery of large systems such as core banking, branch automation and payment gateways. He has also architected and integrated several banking systems and extended them over the internet.
He has worked in multiple countries including, UK, New Zealand, Germany and India, and speaks fluent Russian, German and English. He received his BA and MBA degrees from Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He has guided several companies and acted as technological advisor. He has also provided cross-cultural training for companies such as Texas Instruments and Intel.

 Dr. Sridhar Mitta
Dr. Mitta, for over 36 years has been an internationally recognized expert in the management of Research and Development in Information Technology. He brings extraordinary technological and strategic depth.
Dr. Mitta is the Managing Director and Founder of NextWealth Entrepreneurs Pvt. Ltd. whose promise is “Social Uplift through Entrepreneurship”. NextWealth identifies business opportunities with a social intent and helps entrepreneurs to build such companies by providing them with angel funding, mentoring, incubation etc.
He is one of the Founders of e4e Inc. whose vision is to add business value to its customers through services. He was involved with Wipro Limited since its inception in 1980 and played key role in Wipro achieving technology leadership. As its Chief Technology Officer and President of Wipro Global R&D, he spearheaded strategies which transformed the captive R&D unit into a growing and profitable business. He pioneered global delivery of outsourced product development services to technology companies like Intel, Cisco Systems, Tandem Computers etc. Wipro became the highest valued company in India during his tenure.

He was President of ‘The IndUs Entrepreneurs (TiE)’, Bangalore Chapter for over four years and now elected to Board of Trustees of TiE Global. He serves in several Boards of companies located in the United States and India.
He began his career with Electronics Corporation of India, Ltd. Dr. Mitta holds a PhD and MS from Oklahoma State University , US ; He is being inducted into CEAT Hall of Fame of Oklahoma State University; an M Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur; and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University.
